Weaner Nursery Stall

Weaner Nursery Stall was designed for 3 weeks piglets after weaning, it provides a safe and comfortable place for this period of piglets and help them growing under a perfect environment, block the spreading of illness from the sow, improve the piglets survival rate, increase the growth performance, reduce the offtake duration, and benefit pig farms. Meanwhile, weaner nursery stall makes the piglets management to be more easy and efficiency, one unit stall will have 15 to 25 piglets which will be very clear and well-organized to be controlled by breeder.
Our design of weaner nursery stall give each individual piglets enough space up to 0.3 square meters, perfectly balanced the space efficiency and piglets growing environment. With different components and fittings, our weaner nursery stall could be connected and combined flexibly and separately, and provide a considerate stall for each piglet:
1.PVC floor used for piglets with approximate 300Kgs capacity, which is easy for waste leaking down and protect piglets’ feet without injury, steel pipe post and frame with PVC wall also avoid the injuries
2.A heating area keep the weaner nursery stall under a comfortable temperature about 25°C degree, and make all piglets warm enough against the diseases.
3.Adjustable stainless-steel trough can be moved and re-installed very easy, provide a clean and safe feeding environment for all piglets. The anti-corrosion stainless-steel material slow down the feed mildew rate and curved edge design reduces the fodder waste.
4.All consumptive components for weaner nursery stall are available, such as heating cap with lamp, rubber pad, drinking bowl etc.
