Sow Farrow Crate for lactation sow and piglet

Sow Farrow Stall was designed for lactation sow and it’s babies, which could give sow a big and comfortable space for eating, breeding and rest, help sow to get a quick energy recovery and having a perfect health condition during childbirth and lactation. Meanwhile sow farrow stall also offers a safe and accessible space and environment for each individual piglet when they suckle, move and sleep, a heating area applied in each unit of stall keep all piglets warm enough, heat preservation rubber pad will also be applied if necessary to improve the survival rate of piglets and keep them in a good physical condition all the time.

With MIG weldment and high strength of steel pipe, the sow farrow stall has a strong enough crate against sow movement, push and press. The anti-corrosion zinc diffused surface with no less than 80µm coatings, make the crates well against rusty and corrosions and have a long service life. 2.Adjustable back door design and unique side fence design provides comfortable environment for different sizes of sows. Considerate design of anti-pressing device prevents sows treading and pressing piglets once they lay down too quickly.
3.Reasonable back door design makes it convenient for artificial insemination as well as easy in and out.
4.With weight capacity of more than 800Kgs, the ductile cast iron slat floor used for sow position has suitable space between rods and has smooth surface to avoid the injury of sow’s nipple
5.Plastic floor used for piglets with approximate 300Kgs capacity, which is easy for waste leaking down and protect piglets’ feet without injury, PVC wall of the sow farrow stall also make the injuries down to the minimum level.
6.Reversible and washable stainless-steel individual trough applied for sow farrow stall, provide a clean and safe feeding environment for sow. The anti-corrosion stainless-steel material slow down the feed mildew rate and curved edge design reduces the fodder waste, small stainless-steel trough for piglets applied when necessary
