Pig Water Bowl in Pig Farming Equipment
Pig water bowl and water supply system is for pig drinking, this is also a very important part in pig farming equipment as drinking is very important for pig growing all the time. Water supply system is made up of water pipe, connectors, Auto-drinker and water bowl etc.
Water pipe usually makes by hot dip galvanized tube, the galvanizing surface both inside and outside can resist the pipe from corrosion which can serve about 30 years. With valve and connectors, water can be sent to every pig crates or pens.
Water Bowl and Auto-drinker
Water Bowl with auto-drinker tap become a terminal of water supply system, can make pigs to drink themselves. The tap in the bowl usually have two types, one is duckbilled type and another is nipple type, when pig touch or bite the tap, it will turn on the tap, and the bowl will be full of water for drinking. It is very easy to teach pigs to use bowl and tap.
The water bowl is made by stainless Steel, and the tap also has a stainless steel casting body with a copper spool valve, which could serve for a long time and makes the water fresh and clean meanwhile against the spreading of illness and disease.
We offer different size of stainless steel water bowl for sow, piglets, nursery pigs and fattening pigs. All the water bowl with a polished smooth tap to protect pig mouth when drinking. Our water bowl is very easy to assemble and fix, and the height of the bowl is adjustable to be sure all the pigs in the pen can drink enough water they need. The quantity of water bowls in the pen depends on how many pigs it has, and the location of the water bowl should not be in the corner and let pigs having enough space when drinking.
