A new galvanizing production line for our pig farming equipment

A new galvanizing production line was built and will be come into service from June of 2023.

At the beginning of 2023, Management of our company decided to invest and build a new hot dip galvanizing production line to meet all the galvanizing requirements for our own-made livestock farming crates, Pens and stalls, and its components for Pig farming, cattle farming and sheep farming industries.

Galvanizing is very important process and surface treatment for our livestock farming equipment products, it is still the best and economic way to keep products against corrosions nowadays, and a qualified galvanizing surface could have service life up to 30 years.

With this new galvanizing production line, we can galvanize all of our products especially for the big size livestock farming equipment with up to 6 meters long or even more. The capacity of annual output of these new galvanizing production line will be up to hundred thousand tons, not only galvanizing for our own-made products, but also have more extra capacity for products from other manufacturers who required a qualified galvanizing surface treatment.

With more than ten million of investment, this new galvanizing production line has a new updated automatic hanging and rotative conveyer line, increases the efficiency of galvanizing process especially for our pig farming crates, pens and stalls, lower the production and labor cost, makes our pig farming equipment to be more competitive. Meanwhile, we also build a state-of-the-art temperature control system which could control the temperature of zinc pot more accurate, to keep a qualified zinc surface of our farming equipment with all different material thickness and steel grade.

With this advanced and efficient new galvanizing production line and our 20-year experiences in manufacturing of livestock farming equipment for husbandry industry, we believe we could serve more and more livestock and husbandry farms by providing qualified and ideal pig, cattle and sheep farming equipment as well as our bionic design and solutions for issues in this line.
