Components of Automatic Feeding System
Pig Automatic Feeding System consists of three parts: Storing part, Transportation part and Center Electrical Control part. Storing parts is feed silo outside of pig house, with huge hopper container it can store feed for everyday feeding. Transportation part is a channel for transporting feed to each feeder, the channel is made by galvanized pipe, feed can be moved in the pipe by different power, like mechanical auger feeding system, feed plug-chain conveyor system. Feed also can be moved by pneumatic power but it is only for conveying dry feed. The center electrical control part is like a brain for the whole feeding system, it provides power to the whole system and control the feeding speed and volume to offer a reasonable dose to sow and nursery and fattening pigs.
We also offer all spare parts used in automatic feeding system, like doser and dispenser, outlet connector, corner wheel, T link outlet with switch weights and all concerned brackets and frames etc.
